Teaching Is Indeed A Noble Profession

In these days of high paying jobs of software professionals and fund managers, the profession of teaching is being slowly pushed into the background. Teaching is About More Than a Paycheck

When considering where you are going to teach or even what you are going to teach it is not always about the pay. The most effective teachers chose that profession and continue to teach because it is what they love to do. Of course we all need to be paid for the work we do, but the reality is that we need to love what we do to be successful.

Teachers who are able to work in their chosen specialty, enjoy the school they are working for, and enjoy being with children each day are the most effective teachers.
