It Should Be No Reach to Teach

The question of teachers’ pay grade is one that’s always been contentious and always been relevant. At the same time as people continue to pay sports players and professional actors breathtaking salaries to do their work of entertaining the public, most teachers get paid poorly. Teachers arguably have one of the most important roles in shaping the country, in so far as they shape its residents, a role outranked only by the parents. Teaching Is Indeed A Noble Profession

In these days of high paying jobs of software professionals and fund managers, the profession of teaching is being slowly pushed into the background. About Importance of Education

Education is knowledge and there cannot be anything further to this for people who want to achieve success in life. Education builds character and sets apart a person from the crowd. So, getting educated is extremely important and education does not just mean getting a degree and coming out with high grades. Education is a process of gathering knowledge and not about just by hearting some subjects and vomiting in the examination hall. Subject should be learnt in such a way that the student is able to take back something each day when he or she goes home.

The main people who can make the process of education interesting and more relevant to modern day situation is without doubt the class teacher or the subject teachers. Teachers have a big role to play in shaping the character and destiny and knowledge of a student and they should get into the habit of teaching from the student’s point of view. This is not education all about. Educating a young mind involves a lot of hard work and at times the class could be noisy to a certain degree which should be encouraged. When considering where you are going to teach or even what you are going to teach it is not always about the pay. The most effective teachers chose that profession and continue to teach because it is what they love to do. Of course we all need to be paid for the work we do, but the reality is that we need to love what we do to be successful.

Teachers who are able to work in their chosen specialty, enjoy the school they are working for, and enjoy being with children each day are the most effective teachers.
